Looking for ~$150. Hopefully with some of the discounts as of late with Black Friday etc.
I want something that I can connect to via Bluetooth, but primarily will be plugged into my TV for great sound.
Maybe eventually I'd like to install more speakers for surround sound?
Yamaha ATS 1080. A good sale will bring it down to your budget but it's usually closer to $200. This thing has really great sound for the price and has outperformed any sub $500 soundbar I've heard. Been happy with mine for years.

afaik it pairs with my phone no idea on adding it to paired devices
a sound bar that cheap is not even worth it. your tv speakers will be the same.
i previously had a $250 soundbar and $50 logitech speakers ended up being louder/clearer
