Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra - Any Trusted Sellers to Buy from?

Happy weekend folks….

I have been doing some research on flagship phones and this seems to have some killer specs with an insanely high DXO rating for the camera combined with 120w fast charging.

Unfortunately, this is limited to China. And I cant seem to find any reliable importers who sell this model. Can only find 3rd party sellers on amazon, kogan and catch with hardly any feedback.

Has anyone purchased this phone or could you recommend any reliable importers?

Stop attempting to self import Chinese smart phones into Australia!

You are smuggling digital CCP spies into our country.

You could say the same thing about google, facebook, Apple and pretty much most tech firms that have access to our data.

I am impartial when it comes to technical progress.

As an prospective or Australian citizen you owe a duty of care with the people you are in contact with when using CCP smart phones.

We support the CCP here on ozbargain. Every widget that lands on the front page means more money for their war chest.

      • Fair healthy trade is fine. It’s when you help endanger our national security that is frowned apon. These CCP affiliate smart phones were designed to spy and manipulate their own people and made accessible cheaply.

It also appeals a certain demographic outside of China that is profiled as easily biased and corrupted. “Great teams fall because of local traitors in battle”.

        • Australia is part of the Five Eyes. It doesn't get anymore spy than that.

They can also read private messages by compelling the service provider to use their master key.

          • @whooah1979: That’s necessary to proactively monitor our growing list of spies and terrorists in a timely manner. Our government knows best

              • @whooah1979: Why do you find that funny ?

                • +1

@jackinyourbox: I find it funny that some people choose to swallow one type of Koolaid while condemning another because of its colour when we know that they're the same.

                  • @whooah1979: Who is ‘we’ ?

In Australia, citizens still elect leaders. Our population is not ‘kept inline’ as to the same means as an communist country.

@jackinyourbox: Australians elect political parties, not leaders.

Every government spy on their citizen. Some do it legally while others do it covertly while using unlawful practices.

I have this, the 16gb ram/512gb silver model, ordered when it first launched. You can get it from tradingshenzhen, giztop or wondamobile, all reputable.

    • Appreciate the help. Wondamobile comes up when I search. I will look into giztop.

I am on boost mobile, just curious… Are there any network restrictions on the phone?

  • +1

Nope, but bear in mind it doesn't support mmwave 5g as China doesn't have it.

    • Sweet. Thanks. That should be alright. Not stressed too much about mmwave 5g at this stage.

Neither does Australia, so that works out well.

  • OP did you managed to buy one ?
