Yea I already emailed them but I was Hoping they used the same password for everyone and someone would have it
Just Factory Reset the Device or take the CMOS Battery out if you're talking about BIOS Password.
It won’t even let me factory reset I’m getting the blue screen “bad system config” it’s not bios password it says user: tech fast Australia
By default the user might still be called techFast, but the password might be your Microsoft or login password. Have you tried those?

I know it's probably stupid to ask, but have you tried no password and hitting enter? I've seen it ask for a password even when none is set.
