  • Bugger, deal has just been posted, and not yet active, but should be active as its the best price for Fusion blades, much better than the shaver shop deal earier this year, these are power blades.

Not sure of the legitimacy of Deals In Australia.

      Which deal was this?

      • A non-existent one.

      • don't mind me, i realised i made a mistake.

  • be careful of fakes

    • Yes, this deal does look a little suspicious, price is very low and Deals in Australia website looks like a new company trading around christmas time.

Would be interesting to know why the price is so low on a group buy website, especially being spreets.

There was also a recent good deal on Monday for Gillette Mach 3's on another website that looks more legitimate.

    • Order by 5/12/11 for delivery by Christmas (subject to delivery times by Australia Post). Deals in Australia will do their best to delivery by 23/12/11, but this cannot be guaranteed

well i'm guessing they're not coming from australia

company only in existence for a couple of months

company flogging chinese junk at inflated prices (flying fish, etc …)

      who knows

  • What's 'deals in australia', where do they come into this? I might be missing something but isn't Spreets a major deals company?

  • +1

"Stop paying excessive supermarket and pharmacy prices!"

Stop supporting shitty cookie-cutter 'daily deal' sites!

    • Amen. this will definitely be grey market stock.

  • These have to be fake. Taking into consideration the cut Spreets get + shipping being included, the amount the business makes is far less than the cost to buy these genuine. Originals are made in Germany, but these will be China.

    Agreed, these are likely fakes.

  • Are the fakes any worse than the other ones, would anyone know the difference?
Not being smart just wondering if they are still made of the same materials to the same quality.
Can assume that they would not be as good but does anyone actually know?

    • +1

They use different materials and won't work as well. It will be more like you are using the cheapest blades you can find in your supermarket.

      • ok - def avoid then :) thanks

  • If these are fakes, today tonight will be all over this.. might provide some hilarity ;)

  • Unbeleivable how many have sold according to the Spreets counter in each state, 2500+ over the past three days, and they are very likely to be fake.

  • Did anyone actually get these?

I am still waiting for delivery.

    • Even though i cancelled my order Spreets recently sent email below and my order was one of the first 10 i believe. Refunds are in the process:

Unfortunately we have been advised that the vendor is no longer
able to honor the deal due to extenuating circumstances beyond
their control. Naturally we are disappointed with this but
understand their circumstance is quite out of the ordinary.
