Our premiums increase by 25% this year. I have other quotes by our strata manager, but they are in similar range of premiums. Wonder if that is the trend as the increase is quite significant. An Internet search led me to some strata insurance companies who asked me to call them for a quote, not an instant quote like car or home insurance. I think those company might deal with strata managers only. By the way, we did not make any claims in the past year. What is your strata insurance provider? And would the premiums increase 25%?
