Outlook Can't Receive Emails from Yahoo Domain

I am able to send emails to a yahoo email address
But when a friend relies back with her yahoo email address I can't get it
It's not in my spam and she doesn't get a fail to send email
I then made a yahoo email and tried it
And I can't seem to receive emails from yahoo
I even added the yahoo email address to the safe senders on my Outlook email and still can't get it

Yahoo email address sends email to outlook email address
Outlook email address can't find it
Outlook email address sends email to yahoo email address and yahoo email address has it but when replies Outlook still doesn't receive it

Can anyone help

What is the nature of your email server? Is it your ISP?

    • What do you mean by nature

      • Simply whether it's your ISP or a free mail host or whatever. eg @telstra.com.au or @hotmail.com etc. There's a big chance that rejection is being performed at the mail server, not your mail client.

Did you accidentally maybe block the entire yahoo domain? I did that once with Gmail and complained that I didn't get a friend's e-mail, then realised what had happened

Edit: This was on the assumption you're using an Outlook/Hotmail/Live e-mail address

    • I don't think you can block the whole domain but I went into my blocked and save senders and pressed control f and searched but didn't block it

      • You definitely can block the domain. As I mentioned, I blocked the entire gmail.com domain by accident.

Unsure if this is why you're experiencing issues but Yahoo recently advised that they would no longer support third-party applications (such as third-party email, calendar, or contact applications) using outdated sign-in methods. If you’re still signing in to your Yahoo account via another email application, like the default email application on your phone, you need to make some quick updates to ensure your mailbox isn’t interrupted.
