  When do you enter the promo code? I am up to Step 4 to enter my credit card details but showed nowhere for the promo code

  It's in a drop down box, you have to click on the little arrow beside the 'promo code' for it to appear..

    Found it thanks! It is in Step 5. But had the same error code

      Under the order summary , click on "Promo code or NUS Extra student number" then enter your code. But it didn't work for me as well. Did it work for anyone?

      EDIT : Nevermind you found it.

  The email I got says "exclusively for premier customers", so I'm assuming it's for selected customers only.

  Just did a test and the 25% code works for me. I just purchased from them last week though :(

    i received this email too. yes, its only for the account holders who asos sent the email to, i believe.
