I was wondering if anyone would know if cashrewards have 6% at Microsoft and it says 6% on surface laptop 3 and surface go 2 ect however down further it says 1.5% for surface and surface accessories. Which cash back rate would it be for a surface laptop 3. Thank you

Note I bought a Surface Pro 7 from MS Store when it indicated 6% cashback (I think it has since disappeared), however the cashback was only tracked at 1.5%. I have now raised a query to see if it can be corrected, fortunately I also got a screenshot.
