Have you confirmed the account via the email? Mine swapped from in progress to available once the account was confirmed.

Referred a friend in app who signed up while we were there last week, never got the free pint voucher either.
Missus had the voucher on hers though. Free cheeseburger is what it says, free cheeseburger is all you get, no chips like normally included. Free is free I guess, can't complain :D (if your actually get your voucher) Good cheeseburger at least.
