From what I've read, yeah it's good. Bought it on Amazon earlier this year for $22, still in shrink wrap lol.

Simple and fun game. Very intuitive game play made it great! Go for it.
It's fun for a bit but I got bored after a while
It's a great game. Takes a while to get started though, and the early game is kinda tough. By the end you feel really powerful. Story and characters can be a bit goofy and decidely B-grade, but the game has a lot of heart.
And it looks fantastic, the Oregon landscape is absolutely beautiful. The devs (Bend/SIE) are based there, so they basically made a game about their wilderness backyard.
The game got a lot of bad reviews initially because it was plagued with performance problems, but these have all been resolved now. The devs put a lot of effort into fixing all the problems and keeping the game going.
I've spent about 60 hours in the game so far and I think I'm only about 2/3 of the way through, it's a long game but it never feels like a slog to me, unlike most open world games. It's genuinely interesting to ride your motorbike everywhere.
