Scoopon - Limors Restaurant

Is anyone having trouble booking for this restaurant before it expires on 15/12/11? Been trying many times recently and the guy over the phone sounded so rude. Never experienced something like this before where the person on the other end (who works in customer service) who doesn't know you snaps at you when you are politely enquiring about the coupon. Doesn't make me feel comfortable eating there after these calls.

I have never been on these restaurant-group buying bandwagon before so I was shocked at the reception. When I read up Ozbargain, I got really nervous as I now have to start dealing with Scoopon and judging by the comments, I don't really want to go for a bumpy ride. Are there people out there who are in the same situation as me right now, just wanting to get a booking before it expires? Should I start dealing with Scoopon now (15 days before expiry) and forget about trying to call again? Either choices don't seem to be too pleasant.

Some of the comments for Scoopon (eg. no email reply, etc…) was from earlier this year, do you think they have improved their customer service with the refunds? I just want a simple refund as I can't use the service, are there any hints on making it a simple uneventful request?
