I'd like to know this, too. I just bought some Cancer Council ones before I saw this deal.
They are not scratch resistant at all.
Had 2 pairs, both were dead within a year (1 lens got a weird circular wear spot and the other the hinge broke).
Nice in that they can be polarized, everything else is marketing fluff, they are beater sunnies and thats it.

Just be careful about frames being bent when buying. I have received some in the past that are a bit wonky on arrival. Their warranty people have been responsive though. I prefer the cheaper all plastic models than the fancier ones with the metal hinges. I own loads of pairs. If you are worried about scratch resistance don't get mirrored lenses.
I've been buying these for years. Never had an issue with the quality. I just got 3 for 1 in the Halloween sale, it's good because I can rotate 2 and keep 1 for work. Plus they're so cheap that if I scratch them I don't have a coronary like I used to with expensive sunnies.
