I brought a ZTE A6 max thinking that unlocking it would be cheap, as i had the same phone last year and it only cost a few dollars to get the network unlock code from a ebay seller.
I am bit surprised that there aren't any sellers providing this service anymore. Where do go o these days?
Or telcos employed them all. Like hackers are recruited into security teams.
The whole thing was an elaborate scam to earn the commission from the place you bought the phone.
They deliberately created the ebay stores so you will think that the phone can be unlocked. As soon as you bought the phone, store manager informed them and all listings for unlocking were removed.
Be very afraid. They are watching you.
