This is fine for the switch but you want as much storage as you can get. Say 400GB or 512GB.

Ultra should be ok also.
Ultra is sufficient, technically extreme has better read and write speed, and also the A2 label meant higher IOPS for faster loading for smaller files (Great for images). For Nintendo Switch I do not think it will make that much difference though.
