Anyone noticed a difference of a couple of dollars between the trolleys total on the main page and the trolleys total on the checkout page? Has happened to me a couple of times now and it’s getting very annoying to find out what was wrongly marked in their system.
Anyways back to the point. If this happened to you what have you done about this?

Nup no bags, no delivery fees in there. Checked with them and apparently the multibuy offers are messing up their system
I had bought from coles online on Monday by using their special Cyber Monday coupon code. They had a number of multi buy sales on products but when I did click and collect on my order, I found that the multi buy discounts was not applied on the overall order. I was charged about 5 dollars extra on my total bill. That might be a small amount but if I hadnt looked at the bill in detail, I would have easily missed it. When I contacted the customer care, they said they would give me a credit in my online account but when I enquired what about other customers who would have bought up during the sale. How are you guys going to inform that there is a glitch in the online software during this sale, they could not provide me any assurance. Moreover, they were only ready to provide the credit for online purchases and not in store. After such a day light robbery, I dont want to further purchase from coles online.
You will be even more surprise when your will receive your order and most product have an end of use date 2 days away from your delivery day. I can't trust coles anymore. My orders online are disappointing , filled with rubbish thing they can't sell in store. Called to let them know and they said it's allowed. So you basically pay more for nothing. Good luck.
