I’m in the market for a new AVR. I’ve been suggested Denon X3700h, which is currently out of stock everywhere.
When I went to the Digital Cinema store at Auburn, Sydney yesterday, I was given the opportunity to see the Lexicon RV-6. It has been advertised for $9000, but now selling for $3500.
My setup is Klipsch RP-260F front L/R, RP-504C, 2 x R-112SW subs, 2 x RP-240S at rear and two CDT-5650C in the ceiling.
Has anyone got experience with Lexicon receivers? Is it really worth the extra money over Denon? Japanese better than US made?
Any help would be great.
