How do I contact adidas to return a faulty product?

I need to contact adidas to return a faulty pair of shorts. Their "contact" page has a phone number, a facebook page, and tells you that live chat works on the site (it doesn't), or to contact them through live chat in the app.
The app doesn't work, just says "no agent available, try again later" nomatter when I try.
I tried calling the phone number multiple times, no respose after an incredibly long wait time.
I contacted them through messenger and they didn't respond.

Dunno where to go from here, probably will buy from amazon in the future as their customer service isn't complete dogshit, but does anyone have an email I can contact? I don't know how else to contact them because for faulty products you can't just use the site to return them.

    Ha, it says the Yeezy products are the only thing they sell that is ineligible for change of mind returns. Guessing Yeezy sees a lot of buyers remorse.

  • In the middle of the year I followed them up for a return refund via the chat app, worked fine then.

    • To the genius negging people for daring to suggest the chat option on their website works - go on the site and try it yourself as I just did. It works perfectly fine (using Chrome if it matters).

  • I chatted to them about a month ago about delivery of an item

  • Had a similar problem, returned some faulty shoes, couldn't contact them, never head from them . Luckily I paid with paypal, so put a claim in and got my money back..
