Galaxy S10 Vs Google Pixel 4a

My OnePlus5 is seemingly needing an upgrade, dropped it a few too many times and also noticing it slowing down.
Thinking of buying a flagship of last year, despite always loving the challenger brands like Xiaomi etc, I think it'll just be easier to find cases etc.

Tossing up between Google Pixel4a and Samsung Galaxy S10.

My main usage of phones are camera (love taking pics and videos) , work (mainly social media), Google Pay (tapping everywhere I go) and gym/sport (good connection to BT headphones)

Are these good phones for those things (anyone have em?), where can I buy them?

Or does anyone have a phone I might not have considered in that same price bracket? (500-700 AUD)

  You can get a S10+ in that price bracket. The main difference you'll need to decide on is whether you want expandable memory.

  Could also recently get an S20 FE for that budget during Black Friday sales

  Navy 4G is $748 on Amazon

  1 model newer, 120hz, supposedly 3yrs updates etc

    Don't do it. The screen issues are real. I wish I didn't ignore the warnings.

  Mate 20 Pro if you can get one cheap, great processor, screen res triple camera and two day battery life got mine for $600

  Pixel 4a 5G is regarded as the best value option (RRP $799) between the 4a (RRP $599), 4a 5G and 5 (RRP $999).

  The 4a 5G is more similar to the pixel 5 in specs than the 4A and the largest screen size of the 3, some find the 4a to be too small.
