Day 8 answer: CORE BOOST Technology

    • I think is none of those becaue core boost is only one of the things, the dual 8 pin power connectors doesn't belong to the Core Boost (Yes, I'm a kind of fanboy of MSI)

the answer is provided in the MEG X570 Godlike motherboard. One of the first images is the "STABLE CORNERSTONE OF YOUR SYSTEM" diagram in which it says "Core Boost Technology: Combining dual 8 pin power connectors and premium layout design, the GODLIKE is ready for unleashing the maximum performance". It's likely called Core Boost since those pins belong to CPU Power, and therefore provide increased power/stability for extreme (overclocking competitions with liquid nitrogen) CPU overclocking. Alternatively, your perhaps thinking about dual 8 pin connectors for the graphics card but the 3080s use three 8 pin connectors
