Hi Ozbargainers,

I was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with Coolpon before? I bought a restaurant voucher from them and went to print out the voucher to use (purchased it months ago) but it always takes me to an error message of "Oh, you little rascal! I'm telling mom." Strange message I know! The link to the actual deal doesn't exist either and I need to check when the deal actually expires.

It was a Perth deal -$29 for lunch for 2 at XO Lounge in Perth. Can you please let me know the expiry date if you did purchase this deal as I rang the actual restaurant and even they don't seem to know….or an email address to contact them on besides [email protected]?

I've emailed Coolpon numerous times and no one has gotten back to me regarding the expiry date or how to print out my voucher. Have to say in my dealings with these group buys this is by far the worst ran site….you can't access old deals or anything in your account for the matter.

I've learned my lesson with group buys a while back but there are still a few (forgotten) vouchers I still need to use up lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    That seems VERY dodgy !!! I have never even heard of them :|
    Seems strange that XO lounge bar havent even heard of the deal, however it could of just been a bartender or waiter who hadnt heard of the deal..

      LKB, I'm quite a fan of XO Lounge, I used 1 voucher quite some time ago…they know about the deal, just noone seems to know when the deal expires? lol Strange….o_O They did say they would get the coolpon people to ring me…but they never rang :(

        Ohhhh OK I see what you are saying.. At least they know of the voucher and about Coolpon so they couldn't have taken your money too easily.
        And I am also a big fan of XO Lounge, so thats another good thing ;)
