Why do you think CheapCheapLah is so quiet? Do our friends in Singapore not love a good bargain? Is CheapCheapLah not a catchy enough name?

    I think people in Singapore and other similar countries, people tend to keep the deals to themselves (don’t want others to get the benefits too), rather than publicising it, like we do in OzB. Culture differences IMHO.

    Pre-covid, I travelled to Singapore every few months for work. I tend to find that most businesses are more open with the sales. Not only that but IMO cost of living in Singapore is much cheaper than Australia so a discount isn't as sought after as it is here
