    If you change the Size Name to 24-Count it has a picture of the back of the container which says "Made in France".

      Yes Bic is French and is still made in their homeland which is surprising.

  I thought the pencil lead itself is multi colour with "extra sparkle" instead of standard graphite pencil lead…almost bought too many mechanical pencil :D

  This a great price. I paid $12 previously and thought it was a bargain. The 'sparkle' adds nothing, but they are good 7mm pencils. I prefer the 9mm myself, but these are great to have handy in the drawer for everyday use.
