Not sure what price this is in NSW, but it is $3.50 for 1.5L in Brisbane. Slightly cheaper. I buy the High Protein version, because on the label it says the amount of calcium in the High Calcium version is the same in the High Protein version.

    • oh right thanks for letting me know, i will keep an eye out next time im in coles

  • Physical at Coles is $4.75 for 2L the only milk worth getting

    • +1

      Let's get Physical?

    • thanks for the suggestion

  • Here you go: https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/55322/cenovis-mega-c…

Each tablet has 600mg of calcium in it. Normal milk has 115mg of calcium per 100ml. PhysiCal has 175mg per 100ml. Therefore, each two litre bottle of physiCal has 1200mg more calcium than normal milk.

Take two tablets and dissolve them in a few teaspoons of water (they dissolve easily) and tip that into normal milk and shake up. This will add about 20c to the price of a milk bottle and be the same as buying much more expensive milk (high calcium milk is just milk with more calcium added).

    • thanks for the thrifty trick!

      • No problems. I figured it out when our child couldn't have dairy so needed more calcium than almond milk normally had.
