    The flush button on the toilet is what makes it flush…

    But seriously, wipes that are 'not flushable' would be ones that do not degrade within septic systems (toilet tanks that are buried underground at houses that need to be emptied.)
    Alternatively ones where the sewage plants can't process them properly.

    Most sanitary napkins (pads that females wear…), and particularly the piece of plastic that is attached to them shouldn't be flushed.
    A lot of other wipes shouldn't be flushed, but rather disposed of in a bin (haemorrhoidal wipes etc)

  how many in the sample? frankly I was a bit annoyed with the glad ziplock bag sample, which had 1 bag wrapped in about 5 layers of paper/pamphlets/etc.

  These are brilliant for camping (and many other things I'm sure).
  I like the Kathmandu ones better though. They smell nicer and seem "fresher" and also are usually 2 packs for the price of 1.
