Hi Folks
My daughter has brought me an Oshen watch for my birthday. I have read the limited directions that come with the watch, and I'm told that I need the FitPro app from the google play store. The problem is that when I find the app, I get a message that the app is not compatible with my phone. I have a Telstra phone with android 9. I have googled solutions and have deleted the storage as instructed, turned the phone on and off and generally wasted my time, trying to download the app.
I'm now stuck, can you help please.

It appears to be incompatible with most of my devices except for my Galaxy Note9 with Android 10. It is possible that it requires a newer Android OS device to work.
The large number of 1 star reviews all say the app doesn't work (even if it did install). I'd say it's just not a very well coded app and you might have to use your smartwatch without the companion app.
YouTube comments also say the watch itself isn't very good. https://i.imgur.com/DykHL7s.png. Might be better off just putting the watch aside instead of wasting time trying to troubleshoot it as there's very little information online and no official tech support exists.
