Sealed USB Keys Small Capacity

I need to buy about 500 USB keys with small capacity (less than 1 GB is still ok) and each in sealed package. Where can I get them with good price?

Anything less than 4GB would be more expensive as there is no point manufacturing smaller capacity.

You can try Aliexpress, or ask this local shop, not sure if they are legit.

What are you doing with them?

If you are sending something out that the end user will review/use once and then can maybe reuse the flash drive. Then send a half decent size drive so it can be reused for something else at least.

Otherwise it will just end up as landfill.

You probably want to buy them direct from somewhere extremely reputable, straight from a certified source even. Whatever you need these drives for, work or not, I'm sure things will end badly if there's any kind of malware or any other kind of BS on any of them.
