    Thats a lot of Ramen

    • Yeah, I bought the $250 for $400 package. I need to visit them more often now XD. It's a good value if you had a few family members in the household.

at Hakata Gensuke's prices, approximately 3.6 bowls - not bad, not terrible

    Buy now eat later…

I only just discover this exists.
    So credit lasts forever.
If ramen was half price I would eat it more often.
    Currently in Sydney though..

Last how long liven lasts for

    • I wouldn’t say forever. Won’t expire as long as Liven doesn’t go under

  • +1

Damn! Only if they had in Perth, we spend around $80 for 4 of us.

  • So in the unfortunate event that these stores go under and we still have credit left, how does the Liven Guarantee work?

And would Liven Guarantee also protect you from Liven themselves going bust? lol

    • +1

Think you can them use the credit at another store.

Liven is unlikely to go down.

    • I have received refunds from Liven (after I requested them) for a place that has disappeared, and one that hasn't reopened after about six months.

And I don't believe it does.

  • If you buy a care package, is it limited to a certain location/branch?

    • You can go to any of their branches in VIC.

  • 5 Liven Guarantee
5.1 In the event that the Liven Merchant Partner you chose to support is permanently closed for business and ceases to exist, Liven will guarantee only the unredeemed value of your Care Package Amount within 30 days.

5.2 Liven will not guarantee the Care Package Bonus.

5.3 You will be able to select another Liven Merchant Partner from the list of options provided at which to redeem your unredeemed Care Package Amount. Once selected, your decision is final.

5.4 The total amount guaranteed is limited to the Liven Relief Fund which is set across the entire Liven Network at $1,000,000 AUD. This is a facility provided for all Liven Care Package purchases the government mandated social distancing restrictions. Once these restrictions are lifted, Liven may at its sole discretion cease the use of the Liven Relief Fund to guarantee future purchases from that date.

It looks like you have 30 days to put in a claim with Liven in the event the business close down. Will Liven notify us if the business close down?

The guarantee amount is only up to 1 million total (not per business). That's not a lot. For example, 2000 users purchase the $500 deal would reach it. In the event more than one business close down, some buyers will start loosing their money.

I did receive a notification that Laksa Bar was closing down (in app push notification to all users), it was like less than 48 hours notice, but I did get a full refund of the unused credit

    • I was not notified for one of the businesses that did close down. So maybe it depends on the place. However, despite the terms, I got a refund for mine.

  • Victoria rules.
