Works for me in WA. Try different stores and/or different delivery collection methods. My local store doesn't do alcohol but the next suburb over does.

Didn't make it to my 2 hour slot for pick up yesterday and went today. They said it had been refunded because I didn't notify them. Is this what normally happens if you don't pick up during the allocated slot?
