I can definitely recommend giving Wildlands a shot at this price.

    • I have played breakpoint upon its release. Not worth playing at that time.

How is the game now after serval patches?

      • Its an okay game, not buggy or anything.
I've played both and wildlands is definitely the better game of the two. More to do, seems they upped the grind factor in the sequel

        • I really enjoyed Wildlands and played maybe 60 hours (? can't remember) on it. Don't generally like the idea of mtx though, and didn't pay in Wildlands. Is Breakpoint Gold edition worth $22.48 do you think?

          • @moar bargains: I actually played BP before Wildlands. I did enjoy BP for a while, but it got super repetitive. It was mainly the great looking environments, and the mil-sim style of gameplay with no hud and extreme difficulty that kept me interested; until the repetition and boring "plot" made me give up. After moving to Wildlands, I had no interest in going back to BP. Even though it's an older game, and would be nice if it included some of the mechanics from BP, it's overall more fun, varied and entertaining to play. I recommend just going straight for Wildlands, which is the better game overall.

            • @happykamper: Thanks for the response. Really enjoyed Wildlands, and thought that for the price of a movie ticket, BP would probably give me more than a couple of hours of entertainment, but sounds like I might just skip it and start a new WL game 🙂

@happykamper: Thanks! I'm not a fan of horror genre (apparently it's survival/horror?) But am certainly keeping my eye on the epic freebies! Bummed that I missed cities skyline!
