I found this watch pretty attractive. I was intending to buy the metal strap though. But this one appealed more.

  Decent price for an automatic dive watch.
  3 things to beware of:

  • 46mm case diameter - it's a chunky watch
  • Mineral crystal - ideally you'd want sapphire crystal
  • 100m/10atm water resistance - traditional divers are rated 200m+, however 100m is perfectly fine if you don't intend to go diving with it

  Overall I'd say that it's a nice watch at a good price. The main thing to look out for is whether your wrist is big enough to accommodate 46mm.

  I have a NH8385-11E which is the all black version of this and yeah, it's a unit. Paid about $181 at Long Island Watches through a 4% Ozbargain discount about two years ago. It's not the highest quality thing but it feels substantial. I found the standard rubber strap a bit uncomfortable and swapped it for a stitched silicon. If you want a reasonable quality auto for under $200 you really can't go wrong.

  Great deal for a Citizen.
  1 thing i did notice instantly that does reflect the <$200 price tag is the band is rubber, This is still fine its just some people may forget that the stainless bands actually are $100+ alone so thats where you begin to your price jump.
