  • FIFA 20 Recommended Requirements
CPU: AMD FX-8150 / Core i5-3550 or better
    CPU SPEED: Info
    RAM: 8 GB
    OS: 64-bit Windows 10
VIDEO CARD: Radeon R9 270X / GeForce GTX 670 or better
    PIXEL SHADER: 5.0
    VERTEX SHADER: 5.0
    FREE DISK SPACE: 50 GB
    DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 2048 MB

    You'll be fine.

  • +1

That will run fine for those games, only issue is that if you choose to player newer more demanding games you may want to choose a PC with better CPU and graphics card with at least 16 GB of RAM.

  • Can you post your budget for a PC?

Would you like to give it a shot at building a pc or buy prebuilt?

    • Dont laugh but I’m getting above PC for $500. And my budget is $500. Let’s see your opinion.

      • spend an extra $40 on another 8 gig of ram. Dont quote me on that price

      • That's pretty old to be buying at that price tbh. Check out this for comparison https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/KvthF8

It's got no graphics card, but I think you'd be better off with newer gear and using the onboard graphics, and can buy a graphics card later.

      • What's your financial situation like? If I was you, I would wait a little bit longer and save $500 more.

For the quality of that rig, you're better off just buying a console.

  • I can tell about my specs:

    Intel Core i7 7700HQ @ 2.80GHz - downgraded to 4 cores/4 threads only, Turbo Boost turned off
    16.0GB Dual-Channel RAM
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (Dell)
    128GB SanDisk X400 M.2 2280 (SSD) - Main OS Disk
1TB Western Digital WDC WD10SPZX-75Z10T0 (SATA) - Where GTA V is installed

I can run GTA 5 with everything on High, with Textures on Very High @ 1080p on a stable 60 FPS with very rare dips to 50 FPS (I am talking 5 star police chases with 10 cars behind me and 20 SWAT members shooting at me)

I would really reccomend getting another extra 8GB of ram as I often see GTA 5 using ~6.5GB of RAM so you will be really squeezing your luck with only 8 GB

    • How about the PSU?

      • Antec is a decent brand but without knowing the exact model name it's hard to say how good it is. 500 watts is more than enough to power a quad core + 1060 GPU.

But in all likelihood that PC looks like it's been used for a good 5 or 6 years (Haswell processor and motherboards was released in late 2013, Nvidia Pascal GPU released in 2016) so all the parts you're getting is quite old.

It's a good idea to stress test the system before you buy it, so that you can identify any potential issues with the system.

      • I am not sure about a PSU as I haven't done PC building or research for years, however, make sure your PSU has a proper, certified rating like this

If your PSU is not at least 80+ BRONZE certified, it is a ticking time-bomb waiting to fry your components.

DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON YOUR PSU!
