  Just so others are aware since this similar priced one is smart plug ($22 + delivery).

  This Belkin deal product lacks smart plug / WiFi function.

      Yes but most probably thinks “smart plug / WiFi” is more premium, so they may think this Belkin same price is same thing.

    Do you mean adapters? If so it doesn't come with any.
