I had issues with the website too but this worked for me.
Open the GOG Launcher, click 'Store' then scroll down until your see Metro: Last Light Redux and click claim.
Seems like a lot of things on gog aren't working quite right at the moment…

Appears their site is being hammered right now, the banner with the giveaway is only half loaded and clicking on it takes me on a loop. Will try again later
Fortunately their games never have any bugs or issues that affect the user experience.
Go through the GOG Galaxy app, opened straight away and had the giveaway there. Added to my account instantly.
Not sure what you mean - I can only see games I already own. I can search for Metro: Last Light Redux, but no way to purchase it from the GOG Galaxy App that I can see…
Mind you, I can't see any way to claim, add or purchase it from the GOG store at the moment, either :-/

Gotta say im enjoying it a lot so far, a really immersive world and the difficulty is a nice welcome (playing on survival hardcore), this is the single player game ive been searching for.
Puts me on a loop and isnt working either. What browser is everyone using that got it to work?
Im using firefox developer edition, you may have to wait a few minutes for the second part of the banner to load.

Atlast got it. Site was 404 before.
I have the non-redux of this game, I got up to a particular point where I could not get passed, my save point was at a point where i'd instantly die, so i rage quit and never touched it again .
But I may just revisit it again now
I had that happen with the first Metro on xbox, I returned the game and swore it off. Ended up playing Last Light on PC and IMHO it's as close to Half Life 3 as we will get.

GOG + Epic Giveaways = My Steam Library(in terms of amount, not quality).
I still stick to Steam mostly but i don't think i will be buying more games any time soon.
