    In my opinion, the burgers at Carl's Jr are really not that good. Hungry Jacks are ahead of Carl's Jr.

    This place is overhyped.

      I think the discussion on here is a bit missplaced. If you look at this deal, it's MUCH better than the equivalent $25 McDonald's equivalent deal and probably a HJs version. The burgers are amazing at this price.

      At their regular price, they are competing with a much higher range of burgers at HJs and MDs. I couldn't say who makes the best at that price. Probably quite close in quality, but I'd guess CJr would be slightly better. YMMV.

        I don’t work at all for Carl’s Jr.
        I reckon I should get free burgers for the effort.
        It’s a great value deal! It’s what Oz Bargain is all about the last I checked. I’m sure it’s not LinkedIn.
        Rather than focus on saving people money it’s amazing the lengths TROLLS will do to sabotage anything.

    I don't know what it is but Carl's Jr tastes like everything is undercooked. I've been 6 times, don't mind it but HJ is definitely better.

        People are allowed to not like Carl's Jr.
        If you actually want me to be honest then I will.

        I went to Carls Jr docklands. First time I went and it was not that bad.

        2nd time I went, I had the western bacon cheeseburger in a meal. Only thing I ate that day because that night i was on the toilet vomiting it out. Called Carl's Jr to ask if any others had called enquiring if the burgers were tainted and they confirmed it was actually the bacon that wasn't cooked through.

        So yeah that left me dissapointed, I wasn't going to tell this on this forum to not turn others off but because you are being an idiot about it I will explain what happened.

        Ive eaten lots of burgers from different establishments but I am allowed to not like a deal…and im allowed to comment on someones post saying exactly that.

    was just at the docklands one yesterday.. dont recommend it. i have always found the burgers alright and used to go just for the chips but even those have gotten thicker and soggier. quite disappointing

    I passed the one in Cranbourne yesterday and grabbed a Carl's burger just for curiosity sake. Was pretty tasty - ahead of Big Mac and Whopper IMO.

    Had the same deal one week ago at THOMASTOWN, the burgers and chips are fresh made, and taste better than Mcd and HJ. Will definitely buy tomorrow when I pass by.
