I entered in December's comp. Did you draw a winner on 1/1/2021 as planned? Did you announce the winner?
The "How it works" page says:
"A winner is selected at the end of each month by a publicly verifiable and independent random number generator."
"Results are published online and prize winners are contacted by UpSide and awarded their prizes."
Where have you published the results?

We're putting together a blog post about it today, sorry for the delay as we had to wait a few days before we could get in touch with the winner who was on holidays until 4/1 (and admittedly I've been a bit slow on things with Xmas and NY). Thanks for your comment. I'm not sure what you mean by the 'pay to win' playbook but our product you don't 'pay' for anything. You can deposit or withdraw money from it if you like for no cost (our whole product is here to help incentivise people to save more money) so you don't ever 'lose' your money.
It's something very different to anything I'm sure you've seen before. I hope it helps you reconsider whether it's worth trying out!

FWIW, you don't need to download any app (you enter online) and depositing money is an optional thing to do if you want to but entry is otherwise free, and unlike other products you have the ability to take your money out any time you like.
We exist to try and help people save more money and win great prizes so we'd love your feedback if you have any suggestions on how we could improve.
