  This runs off the Epic Games Launcher yeah? I wonder if there's a deal for Steam since all my other Jackbox's are there

    I just added jackbox 1 as a non steam game ,i bought every single one a month ago with the steam sales and wish I waited for this one because of the coupon prices. Could have saved another 20-30 bucks

    Just add it in steam like the following example. Change <Game Name> to the appropriate game name as desired;

    1. Open "C:\Users\<windows_username>\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Logs\EpicGamesLauncher.log" in your favorite text editor.

    2. Find the line similar to the following…

    [2021.01.06-05.32.56:378][115]FCommunityPortalLaunchAppTask: Launching app 'C:/Epic Games/<Game Name>/<Game Name>.exe' with commandline ' -AUTH_LOGIN=unused -AUTH_PASSWORD=<an_encrypted_hash> -AUTH_TYPE=exchangecode -epicapp=Jaguar -epicenv=Prod -EpicPortal -epicusername="<your_epic_username>" -epicuserid=<an_encrypted_hash> -epiclocale=en-US'

    1. Use the info there to build the command line for your new game shortcut. It should look something like this…

    "C:/Epic Games/<Game Name>/<Game Name>.exe" -AUTH_LOGIN=unused -AUTH_PASSWORD=<an_encrypted_hash> -AUTH_TYPE=exchangecode -epicapp=Jaguar -epicenv=Prod -EpicPortal -epicusername="<your_epic_username>" -epicuserid=<an_encrypted_hash> -epiclocale=en-US

    You can now use that shortcut to launch <Game Name> without having the Epic Games Launcher running in the background - not even as an icon in the system tray.

      Actually, according to this (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/16BjnaBO40vkt6kFV…) "The Jackbox Party Pack" has no DRM and can launch without the above or the Epic launcher. Don't know if this is all the Jackbox games, but worth a shot!

    You can add the game to Steam, and even use Steamlink to play on bigger TV in living room.

      Are you saying you can purchase it in Steam, or transfer it from Epic to Steam?

        You can purchase the game almost anywhere where games are sold. Obviously you can't use Epic voucher on steam.

        You can't transfer, but you can add to and use steam to launch a game.
