I bought a pre-built computer and am trying to install an nvme SSD to it. The spacer is on the board but I don't see the screw anywhere in any of the packaging I received. What do I do. The board is an MSI b450 pro M2.
Any suggestions or help finding the screw on Amazon or something would be appreciated.

Just the spacer was in the outermost slot. No screw.

Just re-read this. Builder never put it in the board. Builder probably flogs them off on eBay as a side gig to people like yourself.

also not sure what kind of dimensions you need but this seller on ebay has a bunch. they seem to have 2.5mm and 4.5mm standoffs but I think you have the standoff already so just need the screw?

You can buy a whole kit / bag of screws quite cheaply from eBay. For less than $15 delivered you can have a kit of 12 different types of screws come in a plastic organiser box. Handy when you've lost a bunch of screws when building a PC and need spares.

Screws came with my SSD. Otherwise any suitable length M2 screws would work.
Check every little screw you have. Also search for m2 screws on ebay or aliexpress to find the dimensions. I bought a bag of 50 for about $2 delivered off amazing a few years ago. it fit, but the head of the screw was too small. i had to use some cardboard to thicken it out effectively.
They're a standard Metric (M2?) so you can basically rip down any modern device and steal a screw that'll fit.
Or, as an easy solution - tape. As long as you have enough to stop it wiggling it'll work perfectly fine until you get a matching screw later.
Final option - email TechFast and ask them to post out a couple? Envelopes and stamps are cheap, but they'll likely do it for free
As you said, I used tape for a 2.5" ssd few years ago. It did not get hot so I left it like that.
Tape works even for 2.5 drives so yes, it will work here quite well.
