Integrately is an online tool to connect different software as a service (SAAS) apps together. Their target market is primarily business customers although automations can come in handy in many different ways. It could be as simple setting an automatic task in your to-do list software when you receive a certain email, to much more complicated tasks. Basically if you work in multiple applications, software such as this can save a lot of time and manual work by connecting different apps and data together.

Please bear in mind, this is a fairly new app but they are rapidly catching up to others. The closest similar competitor would be "Zapier" (also IFTT) which has many raving fans but can get very expensive. As a comparison, this free referral offer will give both the referrer and referee 500 (+ 200 for the base plan) tasks per month while the starter Zapier starter plan will give you 750 but cost $24.95USD per month.

Worth checking out if you need something like this now or might do in the future. They have not stated how long it will run for but the referral deal is for a limited time.

    IFTT is cool for sure and somewhat similar. IFTT have traditionally pitched more to consumers and home automation. These guys are trying to compete with Zapier which is more business / tech focussed and costs much more $$$$. One of the nice things about this offer is the 500 extra credits can be used on the free account or will top up a paid account forever if you did decide to upgrade.

  With automation comes privacy trade off . You need to give permissions and creds for automation. Not sure if this app is worth it.

  I’m dubious this is 500 automations each month…. Even then $15/month plan is only 20 automations

    Fair point. I changed the title. Limits on the amount of connections / automation types are much lower. 500 refers to tasks which is how many times that automation can be run
