      It can be used for Samsung Dex, but the resolution will be self-applicable to 2K. The default resolution is 1080P

        I am confused about "self-applicable to 2K" - I have a 2k screen 2560x1440 and a Samsung S20FE, will Dex work at this resolution?

          I can confirm these do not work @ 2k resolution with the S20 FE, there is a message:
          "Use genuine Samsung DeX accessories for the best Samsung DeX Experience. Learn more on the Samsung DeX website."
          FHD only on this hub, blurry on the 2k screen I have.

      Its bc usb 3 does not have video signals built into it unlike usb-c (or as far as I know)

    Might be a stupid question but can I use this to then connect my S20 FE to a TV and put my Netflix off my phone via HDMI? Trying to find a better way to cast content when I'm travelling without taking my laptop and Chromecast hot spotting etc

      I use a cheap ebay usbc to hdmi one off ebay to mirror phone to tv. But the thing is not great quality and can cause hdmi flickering if I use on pc to monitor.
