Does Anyone Own Xiaomi Massage Pro Gun?

I've been looking for a massage gun for a little while.

A few months ago i bought an $80 one from Amazon (discounted) and while it was ok, i'd like something with a higher stall force (one i bought had a stall force of 33lbs). Unfortunely the battery died after about a month but i was able to get it refunded through Amazon which was pretty painless.

There are plenty of chinese copies of the same build on amazon/ebay/aliexpress etc, and none of them list stall force. So after some searching, i'm thinking of going ahead with this model Xiaomi gun. It appears to be a decent balance between cost, brand and functionality. Again, it's light on tech specifications that i'm looking for, but i've found reviews to be pretty hard to come by if you discount the sponsored blogs.

Does anyone own one that can recommend it? Does anyone have a recommendation for a unit that had a decent stall force that's sub $150? Unfortunately i just cant justify the cost of a Theragun or Hyperice version :\

  • Well I don't have Xiaomi or theragun but lets think. You bought $80, not happy. When you get $150 maybe also not happy. So why not just go to the top range and get done with it and happily forever

    • top of the line is like, $5-600… too much. maybe if I was a professional athlete ;)

  • Yes. I got one pre-release after seeing the hypervolt. Wanted something comparable but without the price tag. I think this is exactly what you want.

I got a cheaper one initially and the battery was DOA after first charge so after seeing this and being very happy with other xiaomi products, pulled the trigger and I have been super happy with it.

    • Thanks. Good to hear.

How hard can you push before the motor cuts out? Looks to be the same motor size as the one I previously bought, so id be assuming it would be in the same ball park. Might be out of luck if I want something stronger in this price bracket.

Happy with just the 3 modes?

      • You wouldn't push too hard for motor to cut out. You will be in more pain than the problem you're trying to alleviate. Three modes are great. I have only used 1 & 2.

  • Get one of those rabit ones.

  • The specs looks pretty similar to the amazon one you purchased, but being a xiaomi product, you'd hope it would be good. I too am in a similar boat to you. I'm consindering purchasing this but I thought this isn't released yet?

I have no idea what the price is, but if it's sub-$100, I'll purchase it for sure!

    • You can pick one up via the banggood app for AUD$130 + shipping (about $141 w/ insurance). Cheapest I have found.

I paid ~$180 when released last year and worth every penny.

Thanks, have seen this video, but its for a different non-pro model. Has a 24V motor compared to the pro model which is 60V.

Just updating that I ending up buying a Xiaomi Massage Pro Gun from Banggood (thanks again to dmbminaret for his video).

For anyone reading this in the future, its a great unit. Way better than the one i got from amazon. Much better motor and way more force. I tried and couldn't stall the motor. I'm sure if i really put some serious effot in, i could of, but it easily has enough power for me to use as a massage gun. Hopefully the battery holds up and i get some longevity out of it.

Easy to recommend this to anyone looking for a massage gun. Bought for $130 on sale at the time plus shipping, it got here in about 8 days from order, which really suprised me considering it was supposidly coming from China.

    • Glad you like it. The only fault I've found is that the battery light doesn't turn off when full, so I just leave it on overnight. Only needs charging once a month or two depending.
