I can't find anywhere that will accept my virtual prepaid mastercard.
I've asked so many shops.
Anyone have any suggestions.

connect it to paypal, use on ebay, take the 44cent loss, might also work for other merchants via paypal, but you will not be able to spend above card value
Topup Paypal before purchase.
If an item is at $205, you can use the card if you have $5 Paypal balance.
If you have $11 balance, purposefully withdraw $6 to leave the balance at $5 (in order to wipe the full $200 out).

@hm: I did this exactly a few years ago with a $100 Only 1 VISA.
It is handy if you can let a person to transfer fund to your Paypal. It is instant. Or you have balance from eBay selling, etc.
Adding fund by yourself may take a few days. I haven't tried it.
Shouldn't it work anywhere MasterCard is accepted? Maybe try contacting the issuer and seeing if there is a problem with the actual card

Can you use it to purchase a gift card from woolies or a physical store? Often online stores don’t accept virtual cards because of scams but you might have more luck somewhere like woolies/Coles/Bunnings etc

I have tried a beauty salon and it worked.
The owner just pressed the numbers into her eftpos machine and it worked

It's considered a card not present transaction and usually attracts a higher % fee for the merchant. A lot don't allow it due to credit card fraud.
