Looking for a Cheap Sim Ideally Some Credit?

So I bought my parents their first smartphone and it'll take a while before they get comfortable with it.
Swapping the Sim it's painful and their current brick uses a full size Sim and the new phone uses the smallest type this after a throwaway.
Are there any cheap Sims that comes with some credit? Or won't expire if no credit is loaded for a month or so.
I'm looking only to spend $5 give or take.
