Past Cashrewards Cashback Terms

I bought some items via the cashrewards referral page on Amazon on the 21st of December.
At the time I'm sure I saw there was an offer for one of the items I bought.
However, cashrewards support said that my purchases(books and children's toys) weren't eligible for cashback as they were excluded from the offer.
I checked the current offer and there is 6% cashback on toys.
However, I don't know what the cashback terms were at the time of my purchase.
I've asked the cashrewards support team for a copy of the relevant terms and yet to get a response

    Go to Amazon's Store Page -> Cashback -> Offers -> Cashback History ->

    On Dec 21, it would have been:

    0.0% Toys
    0.0% Physical Books

    Keep in mind short lived promos (e.g a few hours) wouldn't have been captured.

    EDIT: Confirmed in this comment on CR deal post on 21/12:

    "Physical Books" are in the 0% category unfortunately.
