                    "I see there is a slight delay in shipping the item as we are facing inventory issues. However not to worry I see the item has already entered the shipping soon stage. So it should be shipped soon and delivered to you by tomorrow without any issues."

            @iMacca: Spoke to customer service about the delay. They were kind enough to give me $15 credit as an apology. Said it's not likely to get delivered today as I did not get an email notification.

      Had same thing happen. Spoke to customer support who said there’s been a “slight delay with the inventory” and confirmed they don’t ship items on Saturdays, so will have to wait for Monday.

        Lol I just got told that orders will still ship on Saturdays and Sundays and assured me it will ship in the next 24hrs.

        He said something about re-assigning a carrier so I suspect maybe something happened with whoever the delivery company was supposed to be

    wow mine arrived with a dent in the front of the box. guess thats what happens when the item is sent in a satchel and not a box.

      Mine got sent in a ginormous Amazon box. I wonder why they would use a satchel with a game console as even they use stupidly big boxes for toilet paper.

          Mine came in a giant box as well. It got a bit of dent to the box. Funny thing is the delivery driver just left it on the front door without requiring a signature.

            @first in line: Mine has fragile stickers all around the box but that means nothing. Posties like throwing the parcels around especially with fragile stickers.

            I have received a lot of parcels that require a signature but 99% the delivery person did not ask for it probably they are scared of catching COVID.

          I could feel the PS5 was banging inside the box when I pull it through the door. The box is that big that you can’t really carry it to a standard sized door way but to pull or push it through.
