Hair Gel Wet Look Which Product?

Hey guys

Male here and wanted my hair to look 'wet' all day- like that looks after showering. However i dont want it to be heavy product/sticky/crusty. Ideally water based . If i could put water in my hair and not dry it 5-6x a day yes that would be the look i want haha.
I've tried gel but it becomes hard and greasy
What would you recommend?

thannks for the replies though im not looking particularly for a product to hold my hair in place- just the wet look

    Use pomade, it's wet looking and holds the hair in place without being stiff.

    You need to use higher quality gel, the cheap stuff will harden and get messy quickly. Fatboy Tough Guy Water Wax is amazing but hard to get in AUS without paying a ton.

    A wax pomade will work too for the wet look, but that won't give you the no-hold look you're after.

    My old man used Californian Poppy which was a fragrant hair oil. Driving the Oldsmobile on a hot day, the hair oil would run down his face. The ultimate wet look 😂

    Try coconut oil. It doesn't stick or harden at all so if your hair is thick/heavy it won't really stay in place, but it gives you that shower-fresh wet look all day.

        I personally love the smell and it has anti fungal properties so I put it everywhere on my body.

        Everywhere.
