Just checked mine, the credit dates are loosely based on the dates i received my NOA.
Gosh never going to pay mine off, on another note :(
It's when you lodged your tax return. For me it is anyway; you must have filed one late for your January 2019 credit. This is also assuming you didn't make any voluntary repayments
