Eneloop Not Charging Properly - Who to Contact?

I've been using a pair of eneloops for my Oculus quest controllers (one in each controller) but one of them seems to be discharging super quickly. I normally charge them at the same time on a LIitoKala Lii-402 and the faulty one doesnt reach full charge on the mete.

Do I send it back to the retailer, or is there a Panasonic contact I should talk to?

Thanks!

  • I have similar issue, some batteries gets a full charge, some don’t. Idk why

I mean, the replacement cost is $4-$5… Is it really worth the hassle?

    • They're relatively new, so it's kinda crap that i've got a dud one, I guess it comes down to effort vs cost… Yeah, is 2 hours of comms worth my $4?

    Contact Positive and contact Negative.

Are you sure they don't charge for their services?

That would surely polarise some customers opinions towards the company

          Are you positive about that?

          Shocking.

The company must discharge its responsibilities to customers.

Does that charge in pairs? Chargers that do can create a weak battery if they are charged at different starting levels. I'd try deep cycling them fully.

  • Just get a new battery.

If the existing battery is dead it's free of charge.

  • A lawyer…. Or could contact who ever you got them from, like any other retail product..

    • Nah call Tracy Grimshaw at ACA
