Received an email saying I left an item in my cart and they offered an additional $50 off with the generic code 50OFF. This on top of the Australia day deals makes it worthwhile.

  I get this error when trying to enter in the code: "A discount has been applied to this order. You can’t add another discount"

  I got this code in an email after buying a Roborock S5 Max. It had no details on what items it applied to or when it expired but when I tried using the code it would never apply.

  Official response from Roborock:

  In response to your message, the 50OFF coupon code is a gift to help you or your family/friends to purchase a (new) Roborock model. Hence, it is not applicable to accessories and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
