Ryobi 18V ONE+ Hybrid Air Cannon Drum Fan (Skin Only) $149 (Was $199) C&C /+ Delivery @ Bunnings

90

Skin only.

Was $199 when I looked a while back but now $149. I don't know if this is a temporary price reduction or the new RRP but it's still a saving on the original price.
Still showing as $199 on Ryobi Aus website.

Stock may be limited in your area but showing stock in Canberra at Fyshwick, Belconnen, and Airport with low stock in Tuggeranong and nil stock in Gungahlin.

In my experience low stock means only the display model is left, which they may or may not sell.

US price is $139 so comparatively this is not a bad deal if you want one.

    • May not be available in your area. Showing stock where I live. Try switching your store to one of the above Canberra stores.

      • Worked then. I don't think there is any stock in VIC

Link doesn't work for me. Crazy thing about that is that I've seen these at my local Bunnings.

      • Yep.. WA store set just goes to main Bunnings page, change store to NSW and page link works.

      • Same here, saw a few yesterday at local bunnings in Brisbane

This deal took the wind out of me!

      That's blown it then.

      • There'll be many fans of this deal - It's FANtastic.

  • I have one of these. They are excellent.
They either run off one of the Ryobi 1 batteries (your choice of aH) or off a 240VAC mains extension cord. You may be misled into thinking you need a special power supply for this but it is just an extension cord.
Criticism: the switch position goes from off to highest to mid range to lowest and you will probably find that you will only need it on the lowest setting so it is a small annoyance. The smaller over-rated Vornado fan has a similar switch arrangement.
At this price you won't find cheaper and it has a six year warranty according to my manual.

    • you have to register the tool for the full six year warranty (according to ryobi t&c's)

Fans start from high to ensure the motor gets enough energy to start, they can overheat if it doesn't.

thank you…….you've solved this seeming annoyance, now I understand. Good job.

    • Do you have the Vornado 660? Does the Ryobi blow stronger than the Vornado when both are on max? I'm guessing the Ryobi would be stronger as the fan blades are wider.
