      That's the correct answer. It's been the same for me. Being able to go past level 40 has kinda turned me off as I really cbf doing the grind anymore.

        I'm really glad they extended the level cap and the fact that missions are tied to it now, some of which are quite challenging. I hated the fact the XP requirements got crazy though which is how I'll be struggling for the next few years to increase.

        Ps. Also Mystic since day 1.

        Once you reach level 5 and visit a Gym, you can choose to join of three teams: Instinct (yellow), Mystic (blue), or Valor (red).

  Played this game on and off since launch (Instinct here), but the amount of (mostly useless) Items and Pokemon you get on a daily basis wasn't even close to how many coins you get to keep upgrading your storages. I stopped playing after over half my 'mons were eternally knocked out and I just wasn't getting any revives.

  Niantic, more revives. Pls
